Diligent Staffing Inc. / Legal
Privacy Policy
How information is handled on the Diligent Staffing website, your choices, and how to contact us about privacy.
Draft for legal review · Updated September 3, 2026
1. Scope and current website
Diligent Staffing Inc. operates this website and its professional contact cards. This policy describes this website and communications you choose to send to our support channels. Separate notices may apply to employment, payroll, client services, or third-party platforms; this policy does not replace those notices.
The employment application accepts information through a secured server-side intake. Application fields are stored in a restricted database and an uploaded identity photo is stored in a private file bucket for recruiting review. Do not submit information that is not needed for the application.
2. Information and its sources
If you contact support, you may provide your name, preferred reply details, the subject of your inquiry, and information you include in your message. Provide only what is needed. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, or identity documents through a general support message.
The online employment application collects the contact, identity, eligibility, employment, availability, skills, document, and signature information needed for recruiting review. When you submit it, the application and any permitted ID photo are sent through the secure intake process; your browser may retain autofill information under its own settings.
Opening a page or external resource sends technical connection information, such as an IP address, browser information, and the requested resource, to the server delivering it. The website also reads your browser language and stores a language preference only when you select one.
3. Purposes and recipients
Information provided through support is used to respond, route a request to the appropriate team, assist with access to services, resolve a reported problem, and document its handling. Website technical information supports delivery, language selection, and troubleshooting. Information is not requested through these channels to make automated employment decisions.
People handling an inquiry and providers used for communications, website delivery, or technical support may receive information needed for that work. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address unlawful activity or protect legal rights. A staffing placement or employment process requires its own appropriate information and notices; it is not initiated merely by viewing or sharing a professional card.
4. Browser storage, external services, and tracking
The language selector uses local storage named diligent_lang for EN or ES. It remains until you change it or clear the site data in your browser. Clearing it removes the saved preference without preventing you from browsing. The current website implementation has no advertising pixels or behavioral analytics integrations.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Those requests reach an external server. LinkedIn opens only when you follow its link; your use of LinkedIn is governed by that service. Your browser, operating system, and chosen app handle native sharing. Downloading a vCard saves the professional contact details to your device; it does not send your address book to this website. A saved contact cannot be remotely removed from your device by a later website update.
This implementation does not include mechanisms to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Global Privacy Control is distinct from Do Not Track: any legally required opt-out signal must be respected where applicable before selling or sharing is introduced. An external service may handle information under its own policy; do not assume that this site controls tracking after you leave it.
5. Retention and security
Submitted applications are retained in restricted recruiting systems for the period reasonably needed to review candidates, maintain relevant business records, meet applicable legal requirements, and address disputes. Requests to correct or delete information may be sent through the support contact below, subject to applicable exceptions.
No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security. Use the support channels to report a suspected privacy issue and request an appropriate method before transferring sensitive records. Deleting a message or closing a page does not necessarily remove copies retained by your browser, communications provider, or a recipient.
6. California privacy rights
When the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, applies to the business and the information concerned, California residents may request access or knowledge, deletion, correction, and portability, subject to legal exceptions. Rights can also include opting out of sale or sharing and limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information. Exercising protected rights must not result in unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
Contact us by support email, toll-free phone, or mail and identify the request. We may need proportionate information to verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority; do not include sensitive identification in an initial message. Applicable response periods and exceptions govern; where CCPA access, correction, or deletion requirements apply, the usual response period is 45 days, with a permitted extension when properly notified. You do not need to create a website account to ask for assistance.
7. Children and policy changes
This website is directed to employment and business inquiries, not to children under 13. Do not provide a child’s personal information through this site. Contact support if you believe such information was provided. This statement does not set employment eligibility or replace protections that apply to minors.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes to collection or use require the applicable notice and, where required, consent before the new activity. Contact details below may be used to ask about this policy or seek review or correction of information supplied to support.
